Alice well trained and experienced in Human Resources management related functions with over 15 years of practices and management experience with a broad range of exposure from different scales and natures organizations operating in diverse industries, including power electronic components, luxury products and shaving products, banking services, telecommunication services, airlines services and NGO, located both in Hong Kong and PRC. During her career path, over 20 different programs were designed and delivered, including, Management development program for management executives, Frontline hard and soft skills training, staff engagement and HR brand building.
Alice is also a practitioner in Life Coaching, Performance Coaching, Strengths-based Coaching and Career Development Facilitation. She is a Certified Strengths Coach (StrengthsFinder) trained by Gallup Ltd. (US) and accredited DISC Human Behaviour Consultant in Singapore, and gained certification of career development facilitation from Chinese University.
